We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced and high performing individuals to join our friendly and committed service. As part of this team, you will need to be proactive, confident and a strong team player.
The ideal candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure to a high degree of accuracy.
Recent knowledge of administrating Housing Benefit and or Council Tax Reduction using the Capita One Revenues and Benefits system (Academy) is essential to being successful in this role.
