About the role

We are seeking to employ an experienced and qualified pre-school practitioner to join our Nursery team from January 2024. 

The post will be for a minimum of 19.5 hours each week, three full days, with the possibility of some further hours supply cover. 

The successful applicant be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent. Previous experience of taking keyworker responsibility will be considered particularly advantageous. 

The youngest children at Harlands benefit from an exceptionally enabling environment both indoors and out. The care and education our pupils receive is enhanced by our team approach to teaching and learning. The Nursery and Reception classes work in close partnership to ensure seamless EYFS provision.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to working as part of this team and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework will be considered a particular advantage.
