Mill Green School is a 14-19 age special school. At Mill Green School we understand that enabling positive outcomes for young people facing complex challenges isn’t an overnight fix. The work with the young people isn’t about us; we are a team who are all about the young people, all of the time. The successful candidate won’t be alone in their goal to have a positive impact on the lives of our young people and school; they will have all the support they need from the whole team.

Working alongside experienced staff you will build up knowledge and develop many transferable skills. You can expect an exceptional breadth of experience. It’s a unique challenge and you will be very much part of a hard-working, dedicated and friendly team.
