Learning Support Assistant
We are an outstanding Independent Prep School looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our School as part of our SEND Team.
The role is to deliver interventions and provide some support for a child in Key Stage 2 in the classroom and across the school day. 
The successful candidate needs to have 

  • experience or knowledge of strategies that enable children with special educational needs to learn.
  • the ability to build positive relationships based on trust with pupils and their families.
  • team working skills to liaise with other teachers, Learning Support staff and SENDCo
  • a kind, nurturing and patient nature.
  • an observant and responsive approachable to work flexibly to respond to the needs of the pupil.
  • a positive, energetic and enthusiastic outlook.

Claremont School is an independent day and boarding school. The Nursery and the Prep School are based in St Leonards on Sea, and the Senior School is located in Bodiam, East Sussex.
