Learning Support Assistant
We are an outstanding Independent Prep School looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our School as part of our SEND Team.
The role is to deliver interventions and provide some support for a child in Key Stage 2 in the classroom and across the school day.
The successful candidate needs to have
- experience or knowledge of strategies that enable children with special educational needs to learn.
- the ability to build positive relationships based on trust with pupils and their families.
- team working skills to liaise with other teachers, Learning Support staff and SENDCo
- a kind, nurturing and patient nature.
- an observant and responsive approachable to work flexibly to respond to the needs of the pupil.
