You will work on a rota shift pattern, ensuring young people at the service have non-judgemental, objective and supportive staff during the day. You will develop your working knowledge of psychological models to aid in creating and finding solutions with the young people in the service. There is a small amount of lone working, but you will get to know the team and project, along with extensive training prior to starting on a rota.
