We are looking for:
- Previous cooking/catering experience
- A genuine passion for cooking, creating and delivering healthy balanced meals
- A creative, enthusiastic, capable, confident, caring and reliable person
- An approachable person who works well in a team
You would be responsible for running and managing a small kitchen, writing and developing seasonal menus – enabling you to put your own stamp on the school food provision, ordering and maintaining food stocks, and the cleanliness and hygiene of your kitchen. You will be expected to work in accordance with Food Hygiene, School Food Standards and Health & Safety legislation and standards.
