Job Title: Admin Support Officer
Location: County Hall, Hertford
Starting Salary: £23,500 progressing to £25,979 pa 
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Permanent

Job Duties:

An exciting opportunity to join one of the most unique teams within Children Services. Working with YP at risk of exploitation, with the YJ system and edge of care.

To support a team with multi agency meetings and work alongside the Youth Justice team. Our team supports social workers with ensuring that all statutory checks are completed within timescales.

Our team is responsible with ensuring that all court documents are in order ahead of the YP being court and then uploaded to the relevant systems.

Arranging strategy discussion and minuting these accurately.

Helping support the team manager with ad hoc projects such as allocation tracking and assessments.

This role provides administrative support to a front-line social work team, working with other agencies to enable Social Work staff to undertake accurate assessments and offer appropriate support.

We are looking for organised, self-motivated, and professional individuals who are able to provide a high level of administrative support. You will be used to working to tight deadlines and with high accuracy. Experience in taking notes would be beneficial, but full training will be given.

You will be working in a rewarding and fast paced environment, requesting checks from other agencies, note taking at meetings, preparing court documents as required.

We are looking for organised, self-motivated, and professional individuals who are able to provide a high level of administrative support.

You will be used to working to tight deadlines and with high accuracy. Experience in taking notes would be beneficial, but full training will be given.
