Job Duties:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced social worker to join our Broxbourne locality team This is a great career opportunity where you will be joining an enthusiastic, creative, and diverse team which specialises in working with older people & those living with dementia.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner who can demonstrate knowledge and skills in complex case management, safeguarding practice and who is committed to working in a personalised and empowering way with our service users and carers.  

The role would also involve networking with our local community to build positive relationships to promote and deliver on our prevention and enablement principles.

You must be a qualified, registered social worker to be considered for this role.
