An excellent opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join our Electoral Services and Information Governance Teams in a combined role.
You will support both Teams with a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting the delivery of electoral registration, elections, and information governance compliance. This apprenticeship will provide you with a wide range of skills and experience.
The apprenticeship will last for 22 months, during which time successful candidates will commit to undertaking an NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration. This is a vocational qualification undertaken in the workplace, mainly during work time with time off to attend college. You will have a minimum of Maths and English GCSE Grade 4 – 9 / A – C or equivalent and experience of using MS Office applications.
To apply for an apprenticeship, you must have lived legally in the UK for the three years immediately preceding the start of the programme. If you do not meet this requirement, please provide full details for verification before your application is submitted.
What can we offer in return? We pride ourselves on our friendliness and being a good employer with a range of benefits and employment terms and conditions to suit you. A competitive salary, generous annual leave, the opportunity for hybrid working, Local Government Pension Scheme, work life balance policies, and support for your personal development are just some of the benefits we offer.
Please note: Candidates who already possess an equivalent Business Admin qualification will not be eligible to apply and may wish to consider other opportunities at https://westlancsjobs.co.uk/Vacancies.aspx
