About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher to be our new Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team at Pevensey & Westham CE Primary School where we have an ambitious vision to prepare all pupils with the skills needed to flourish, reach their potential and enjoy fullness of life.

Our new Assistant Headteacher will:
Be an effective and experienced leader with excellent management and organisational skills.
Monitor progress and performance to ensure there are high aspirations for every child and member of staff in order for them to experience continued, high levels of success
Be a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead in the school working alongside a team of Safeguarding Leads and supporting all staff with child protection.

Salary: Depending on experience, between L1 £45,635 to L5 £50,362
