The Governors are seeking to appoint a hardworking, energetic and committed professional to work in this vibrant school.

The School Business Manager will:

Be responsible for strategy and operation of the business functions of the school, which would include finance, procurement, health and safety, income generation, human resources and infrastructure.

Advise on and implement the day to day support that enables the school to operate efficiently and effectively, which would allow other members of the senior leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.

Line manage office and premises staff in order to manage the building and site.

 

We need someone who:

Has experience working in a busy office, ideally as a School Business Manager, where flexibility is essential, is proactive and can constantly reprioritise their workload as circumstances change.

Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, is caring and empathetic, with a good sense of humour.

Wants to play a key role in the development of our school.
