Bereavement Services Officer
The Council’s Bereavement Services are looking for an enthusiastic and capable person to join its team based at the Chelmsford Cemetery and Crematorium to cover maternity. The successful applicant will assist the Bereavement Services Manager in the development and promotion of the facilities at the Cemetery and Crematorium to maximise income potential and raise public awareness of the services provided.
The post holder will also assist in the implementation of changes in working practices to improve business performance, customer satisfaction and to develop appropriate procedures and audit processes to ensure quality customer service delivery and accurate data is collected and reported.
The successful applicant will be required to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
