Who are we looking for?

1:1 Teaching Assistant

(fixed term contract until August 31 2023 in the first instance)

Part Time - Mon - Fri, 17.5 hrs (12:00 to 15:30) , Term time plus TT days.
Grade 3 

Ravensdale is a vibrant school with an incredibly dedicated team; we are proud of the work we do to support our children. We are looking for a 1:1 TA to support a Year 4 child in the afternoons.  Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs would be beneficial. 
 
You will:  
•    Have high expectations of the children you work with  
•    Be supportive and flexible with a good level of resilience  
•    Will have a sound knowledge of child development, the     
           curriculum and supporting children with special needs  
•    Be willing to make a difference to all the pupils that you work 
           with  
•    Show empathy with our children and staff  
•    Be patient and passionate about helping those who need it  
          most
