An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Charnwood Borough Council’s legal team. We welcome applications a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Barrister from either the public sector or those looking to move into local government from another sector.

Your main duties will relate to non contentious legal work.

We are seeking an experienced commercial contract lawyer with knowledge and experience of the following work types:

• Consultancy contracts
• Goods and/or services
• Bespoke/unique contract requests
• Funding/Grant Agreements
• Inter-Authority Agreements
• Finance Documents (Debentures/Charges)
• Service Level Agreements
• JCT/Construction/Procurement Contracts
