As a Centre Administrator you can make a real difference to a person’s learning journey, welcoming them to the college and helping them to access their course. As an integral team member supported by helpful, professional and friendly staff you will also learn new skills to provide key aspects of admin support to our organisation.  
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Help and support our learners and Tutors within the college.
  • Work as an integral member of our Evening Admin team providing key operational support for our organisation 
  • Be willing to learn new knowledge and skills to enable a cross skilled team across our centres, covering aspects such attendance, room bookings and running a small cafe, to name but a few
We are looking for candidates who: 
  • Have a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
  • Have the drive to continually develop and learn new skills 
  • Have the ability to meet the knowledge, skills and experience required of this exciting opportunity
