The role
Do you have a passion for making a difference and are interested in developing your career in Regeneration? If yes then Oxford City Council has an exciting opportunity to join Oxford City Council as part of the Regeneration and Economy Team.  
 
The Team are delivering an ambitious programme of capital projects, including feasibility on housing site, delivery of new affordable workspaces, walking and cycling infrastructure and new community facilities which are just some of the things you could be involved in.  
 
The Council is looking to strengthen the Regeneration Team to include a Principal Regeneration who can deliver projects, as well as work with Regeneration Managers on the delivery of the Council’s most complex schemes. The work will be varied with the opportunity to see projects developed from ideas through to delivery. We are looking for people who have some knowledge of delivery of projects and/or development, who are able to work independently and as part of a team. The role will include work on project ideas, business cases, engagement of stakeholders, funding bids and delivery of capital projects and is an opportunity to develop your career in regeneration.  
 
Our Regeneration Managers work across the council and with external stakeholders to deliver complex capital projects that are not only delivered to time and budget but also are approached in a way to maximise the benefits to the city’s residents and businesses.
