Project Delivery Manager Adult Social Care and Health

Do you want to make a difference to people receiving care in East Sussex?

Adult Social Care and Health are recruiting a Project Delivery Manager to work on priority improvement projects within the directorate.

The role will initially be responsible for reviewing, optimising and standardising core Adult Social Care and Health care pathways to ensure our clients and carers get the best possible service.  The work will include identifying and implementing improvements  that can be made in the short-term as well as identifying strategic, longer term changes to how we work that will support increasing demand and complexity.The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager with experience of managing large, complex projects. You will need to ability to develop working relationships with stakeholders from a range of organisations and to negotiate and influence without authority.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
