About the role

 

In this captivating position, you will be at the forefront of change, proactively addressing, orchestrating, and delivering an array of vital social care services to children, young individuals, and families across Blaenau Gwent. You will play a pivotal role in the lives of children subject to Child in Need Plans, Child Protection Plans, Children in Care, and those undergoing legal proceedings. This will include chairing complex meetings, supervision of staff, and ensuring performance and data information is collated and recorded on the WCCIS system and monitored in accordance with quarterly reporting requirements.
