Working pattern: Full-time, Term-time only (working for 40 weeks per year plus 4.85 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

About the role
The Headteacher and governors of the school are seeking to appoint a School Secretary to support our busy and successful school - required as soon as possible or from 30th October.
The successful candidate will:
- Be cheerful, friendly and have a good sense of humour
- Be efficient, well organised, flexible and an excellent team member
- Have excellent communication skills including a high standard of grammar and be able to relate well to parents, pupils and visitors.
- Have a good background of IT skills - knowledge of school systems is preferred
- Be able to work flexibly and under pressure
- Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise
- Be a positive team player as well as able to work independently
If you have proven office experience and are used to working in a busy environment, we would like to hear from you. School experience is preferred.
