The Department: Housing
The Role: This role sites within the Housing Services team and involves assessing risk, providing support and managing a caseload of customers who are victims of domestic abuse. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the Council’s Housing Options Officers and external partners, to provide the best possible outcomes. They will be responsible for supporting victims of domestic abuse who are engaging with the Council’s Housing Service and making any relevant referrals to supporting agencies.
What we are looking for:- We are looking for enthusiastic, a resilient candidate to join the Housing Services Department at Three Rivers District Council. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need a background in housing but must be able to communicate effectively and have experience of dealing with customers in potentially stressful and emotive circumstances. They would represent the Council at relevant meetings, including Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC), Three Rivers Domestic Abuse Forum and any Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings.

Salary range £30,151-£32,020 per annum excluding London Weighting.
