This role sits within the Housing Services team and involves providing customers with housing advice well as processing homeless application. This role will provide a professional and high quality frontline first point of contact for the Housing Options team, including the initial advice, assistance, and assessment of homelessness approaches to the Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interaction with the Service, including any initial advice and assessment for customers, and will be responsible for the allocation of temporary accommodation.
What we are looking for:- We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient candidates to joining the Housing Services Department at Three Rivers District Council. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need a background in housing but must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to deal sensitively with members of the public. They must be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative, responding to changes in demand and prioritise workloads effectively.
