Do you want to lead a new Multi-Disciplinary Team of staff, working in the heart of the community and having a wealth of key services working together as one team?

Are you passionate about supporting whole families to bring about change to improve outcomes for children? Do you have the vision to work differently and shape a new team.

If this sounds interesting to you, we are looking for someone to assist in establishing a new team in Knowsley. We are expanding our Family Hub offer to deliver a ‘Family Help Multi-Disciplinary Team’. The team you will lead will consist of Social Workers, Family Help workers, Family Support Workers, Early Help Coordinator and Family Connectors. The team will grow as more partners such as Domestic Abuse, Health, Housing are engaged.

The role will be responsible for the management, oversight and development of all support for children referred into the team who live in the Northwood area of Kirkby. You will have the benefit of working with families who need support from Early Help through to Child Protection work to ensure that children have the right plan of support at the right time, delivered by the most appropriate member of the multi-disciplinary team depending on the needs of the family.
