Hastings Borough Council is seeking an Exchequer Services Manager to join our team to help in delivering a high-quality, effective, and professional Exchequer service to the Council.
The successful candidate will provide and manage a professional and comprehensive Exchequer Service, including Debtors, Creditors and Income functions, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The postholder will manage and support the Exchequer Services team, including planning workloads and assigning tasks to ensure individual and team goals are met and in line with the aims and objectives of the Finance Department and the wider Council.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a finance exchequer team, working knowledge of computerised financial systems, and have management experience.
