Starting Salary: £33,820 progressing to £37,261 per annum (Social Worker) pay increase pending
£38,296 progressing to £42,503 per annum (Senior Social Worker) pay increase pending

Job Duties:
We have exciting opportunities for social workers to join our Residential Review Team as we seek to further expand the team who provide support to adults with a diagnosis of dementia and adults over the age of 65 within residential and nursing care settings.
We promote personalization through strength-based assessments focusing on the wellbeing of the individual. You will need to have experience of assessing individuals in line with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Continuing Healthcare process.
You will work closely with care homes to ensure good quality of care delivery to residents and provide support to them where this does meet the expected standard.
You must be a qualified, registered social worker to be considered for this role.
For the Senior Social Worker vacancies, requirements for the role include;
- You will be a qualified, registered Social Worker who has successfully completed an ASYE program and is working to the Social Work England professional standards.
- Actively undertakes a specialist role e.g., AMHP, Practice Educator, Moving & Handling, Housing solutions lead or equivalent, or agreement to undertake at least one of these roles within the first year
- Works at the required level of the professional capabilities’ framework
