Liverpool City Council is recruiting a Principal Policy Planner to join the recently expanded Placemaking and Policy Team in the Planning Service
We’re looking for an experienced Policy Planner to assist the team leader to undertake the preparation, review and monitoring of the local plan. The successful candidate will produce Supplementary Planning documents and other planning policy documents and assist in the management of the team work programme to ensure a modern and customer focussed planning service.
It is an exciting time for the Liverpool Local Plan, having recently been adopted the review of the plan is starting now and will be instrumental in shaping planning policy moving forward in particular as the Council moves more towards a Neighbourhood management model for the delivery and transformation of our services.
