Learning Support Assistant  up to 30 hours per week, term time only, to start from 4th September 2023.

This role will be for one year initially until 31st August 2024.  Must be able to work from 8.45am to 3.30pm

BFBC SCP 1-3 (£10.83 - £11.35) according to experience.

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful LSA to join our supportive and talented staff team at Whitegrove. You will join a highly supportive team where our priorities are child focused. The majority of tasks include working with individual pupils and small groups within and beyond the classroom setting. Some administrative tasks may also be included and supporting children during break times and lunchtime would be expected. This position would suit someone with childcare or SEN experience but further training can be given.

This would be a perfect opportunity for someone planning a future career in teaching or in associated health care professions, such as speech therapy of educational psychology. An apprenticeship may be available for the right candidate.
