The Governors seek to appoint a dynamic and innovative female teacher of P.E. from September 2023 or January 2024. The ability to offer high quality Sport lessons to KS3 and KS4 core will be required, as will the ability to demonstrate excellent theoretical knowledge. We are seeking to appoint someone that is fully committed to our busy extra-curricular programme, including clubs and fixtures. The post will involve teaching mixed gender and mixed ability groups.
The department is well-established and successful, delivering a broad and balanced National Curriculum programme across Key Stages 3 and 4. At Key Stage 4 the department currently offers GCSE PE (full course), and the Cambridge National Level 1/2 in Sports Studies.
The salary scale is Teachers Pay Main/Upper, £28,000 to £43,685.
