Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with excellent management skills and experience to lead our Grounds Maintenance Service. You will be responsible for providing a high quality, customer focused and value for money Grounds Maintenance service that ensures our public areas are managed and maintained to the highest standard.
You will be responsible for performance and financial management, planning and delivering an excellent service that our residents are proud of. You will be supported by a supervisor and chargehands, and report directly to the Chief Officer for Operations and Traded Services.
