Apprenticeship - Learning & Development Business Support – 2 Year FTC
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Business Support Apprentice to join our Learning and Development team in Children’s Services.
As Learning & Development Business Support, you will play a key role in providing high quality support to the team. You will have the opportunity to work in a busy environment where no two days are the same but knowing that what you contribute is making a difference.
You will undertake a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. The apprenticeship programme for this post is 21 months in duration including end point assessment and will consist of a combination of face-to-face and online training and support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with trainers and venues to secure bookings
- Supporting the delivery of training including monitoring of course bookings via our Learning Management System
- Producing comms and distributing via email to help promote events
- Supporting virtual event access and for face-to-face training set up /clear down of training rooms.
- Meet & greet trainers and delegates
- Collate evaluation data and update spreadsheets to facilitate accurate reporting
Candidate requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a flexible and creative approach, combined with the ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Desirable GCSE Maths and English at 9-4 (A*- C) or equivalent
- Ability to study and learn from a training programme
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT Skills is desirable
Apprenticeship Requirements: You must have been a UK, EEA, or EU resident for at least the past three years to undertake this training programme. In addition, you must be able to commit to the full length of the programme, and be able to meet the programme modules through your job role.
If you do not have a level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English, you will be required to work towards achieving these qualifications as part of your apprenticeship.
