We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our small friendly team and offer the opportunity to develop your career in Building Control.
As part of our team based in Clitheroe but working across the Ribble Valley you will be responsible for many aspects of Building Regulation work from pre-application to completion.
You will have a relevant BTEC Professional Award or HNC/D Building Studies qualification (or equivalent), and practical experience of working in the building industry.
Candidates who are part way through their studies to become fully qualified Building Control Surveyors are desired, but this is not essential.
Commitment to customer service, a good knowledge of Building Regulations and computer literacy are essential.
You will hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
