An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrative Business Support Officer to join a new registered home for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
You will be required to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Registered Manager and team based at Eden House in Upnor, Rochester, Kent.
Duties include answering telephone calls, maintaining service user and staff records, co-ordinating and minuting meetings, arranging supplies and services, raising purchase orders and providing finance support.
About You
You will need -
- GCSE's in English and Maths (Grade 5 or equivalent)
- NVQ3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience of using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Experience of minuting meetings
