Permanent Position

Full Time - 37 hours per week

Grade G - £35,385 - £39,486

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Officer. We are looking for someone who is experienced in dealing with a range of pre-application enquiries, householder applications, minor majors appeals and post application work.

About the candidate:

You will be highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills.  In return, a competitive salary and opportunity to work remotely is offered.  You will have a good eye for detail, with the ability to manage your workload effectively, be self-motivated, and adaptable.

You will ideally have previous experience in Development Management with the ability to lead on pre-applications and planning applications however we also welcome applicants at the start of their planning career who are eager to learn and develop their knowledge as a planning officer. You will be committed to delivering high quality developments whilst ensuring performance and excellent customer service is maintained at all times.
