This is an exciting time to join The London Borough of Enfield (LBE) as we continue to work in partnership with our Health Colleagues to develop and strengthen our services to vulnerable Adults in accordance with the Care Act 2014 requirements.
Enfield currently have a Social Care Assessor position available in our busy Integrated Discharge Team - Hospital, within Older People and Physical Disabilities service. The team is based at North Middlesex Hospital, with some flexibility, and working from other sites.
We work in a supportive and friendly environment and are committed to encouraging professional and personal development.
You should have two years’ experience of working in a social care environment. You should demonstrate a person-centred approach by keeping the service user /carer at the heart of the support planning process. Be motivated & flexible, have good IT, recording, administrative and communication skills, also a willingness to look forward and explore new, creative ways of working and a team player.
