Assistive Living Technologies; Response Assistant

1 x Relief:

As and when required 8 hr shifts (6am-2pm / 2-10pm / 10pm-6am)

For this position, weekend working and night enhancements are payable when worked as well as overtime for any occasional additional shifts worked.

Your role in our journey

 

As an Assistive Living Technologies Response Assistant: you’ll be an important part of the nationally accredited team providing a 24/7 Monitoring Centre, Response and Installation Team. You will provide round the clock support to vulnerable service users ensuring they get the help they need as soon as possible for example, after a fall. You will respond to vulnerable service users in Barnsley and work in partnership with stakeholders with a common goal to promote the independence of vulnerable adults.

 

What you’ll need

 

To join us, you’ll need a relevant Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care, experience in a customer focused environment and have excellent communication skills.
