About Private Housing Solutions
The provision of good quality, secure, private housing solutions for Enfield residents is a key priority in the Council’s Good Growth Housing Strategy. The Private Housing Team’s role is to be the strategic lead in this area; understanding the market, pressures for residents and creating solutions that contribute to a balanced housing market. Additionally, delivering cost savings to the Council, reducing homelessness.
The Private Housing Solutions Team lead the Council’s independent housing company, Housing Gateway Ltd, growing an asset base of owned and leased stock. Recently the team have launched an ethical lettings agency, ensuring residents are not discriminated against because of their financial status.
About Us
We are a small, dynamic team with a commercial focus, working alongside the Council to deliver innovative housing solutions. We work in collaboration with the Council, to research, develop and deliver bespoke projects, in a past faced environment. We are a friendly team, who support hybrid, flexible working, focused on positive outcomes.
About You
We are looking for a proactive Associate Project Manager to support the essential business of Housing Gateway Ltd and its subsidiaries.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of leading a team to ensure the ambitious project are delivered. Housing Gateway is an independent company operating in a commercial sector and as a result you will need to be responsive, flexible and fast moving in order to be effective in the market place.
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager who will not be constrained by a job description. Someone who is willing to learn and enhance their current skills in an innovative environment. The office environment is one of a can-do nature and new challenges are part of everyday business. As the company is relatively young and expanding quickly, there is real opportunity for a skilled Associate Project Manager to make their mark and help shape the future of the company.
