Inclusive Recruitment Pilot
In keeping with Camden’s commitment to Conscious Inclusion, we are taking positive action to improve diversity at our senior levels. One of the measures we have committed to is making sure we don’t have any All-White shortlists for leadership roles.
The recruitment to this role will form part of that pilot, to support our desire to increase the number of staff from underrepresented groups in senior roles within the council. If you are a Black, Asian or Other Ethnic candidate and would like to self-declare this as part of our positive action commitments, please do so. For further information, please email the resourcing team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Camden is building somewhere everyone can thrive, by making our borough the best place to live, work, study and visit. Because, we’re not just home to UK’s fast-growing economy. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today. And we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.
As the Wellbeing Leader, you will coach and support teams to deliver compassionate, values-based and person-centred, safe care/support, and delivering outcomes.
The main essence of the role is coaching a self-management team and reviewing quality to ensure that teams are continuously learning and improving in strengths-based support. You will be the overall safeguarding and co-production lead and accountable for the service to CQC.
You will be the overall lead for supporting people to maintain successful tenancies in Charlie Ratchford Court.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.
You are excited by the possibility of testing out alternatives to traditional delivery of care and support.
You believe that people are experts in their own lives and that co-production is central to the changes we need to make in health and social care.
You see the potential in people, believing they have the answers themselves to most problems and you believe that self-management could be the key to this.
