We are looking for a self-motivated HR professional with previous experience of partnering with managers and teams, providing guidance and advice on a wide range of HR issues.
Working in a fast paced and demanding service you will advise on a range of employment matters including attendance management, capability, grievance and disciplinary matters. You will also be required to support recruitment, organisational change and job evaluation processes and development of the HR Service. You will be a day to day point of contact but will also have a focus on the bigger picture with service managers and directors for the areas you support.
