Senior PCN Processing Officer Place & Growth (Parking Services)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated team player to supervise and support our parking services team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day efficient delivery of Civil Parking Enforcement and processing applications for parking permits schemes. Managing the Civil Parking Enforcement of CCTV, to enforce moving traffic contraventions. Assisting to manage other parts of the service and partnerships.  Working with the team and manager to deliver exceptional service and opportunities for improvement and savings.

About You

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record and qualification in Notice processing. You’ll also have the ability to supervise and manage the team’s workload, managing priorities and conducting monthly one to one meetings and annual appraisals. We’ll also look to you to promote collaborative working across other departments, deal with members and deliver positive outcomes in difficult situations.
