Case Management Officer
Safer Communities are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us in our multi-disciplinary all-tenure housing team. As a Case Management Officer you will be responsible for managing escalated cases of neighbour nuisance, landlord malpractice, housing disrepair, anti-social behaviour and environmental crime and blight.
You will need to be an experienced investigator with excellent problem solving skills and able to demonstrate extensive working knowledge of relevant legislation, tools, powers and approaches to deal with criminal or civil offences. This will include housing and anti-social behaviour sanctions and legal processes available to secure the best outcomes for our residents. You will need to be able to prepare high quality civil or prosecution casefiles and experience of giving evidence in the criminal or civil courts would be an advantage.
You will be a strong team player who is able to respond creatively to new challenges and ways of working. You must also be willing to undertake and pass Level 2 enhanced police vetting processes in line with local and national requirements.
