Rushmoor has exciting plans and is in a good financial position, with balanced budgets set for the next two years. With a portfolio valued at £200m including a substantial community and operational estate there is a lot to get your teeth into. You will manage these assets with commercial prowess to maximise the Council's return, whilst adhering to the principles of our Asset Management Plan.
Further you will help to mould and mentor trainee/ graduate members of the team, overseeing and directing their work and readying them for RICS assessment of professional competence.
