What does an Admin Support Officer do at Hillingdon?

We are looking for a part time administrator to join the electoral team. This will be 24 hours per week (9am-4pm 4 days per week)

As a member of the Electoral and Registration Service, you will be required to provide a high quality administrative and support service, principally for the delivery of the electoral registration and election functions in accordance with legislation, core principles, key aims and Council objectives.

About you

This is a high profile role, that will require you to have excellent organisation skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

In addition you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively as an individual and with others. You will also be required to work unsociable hours as and when required especially in the build up to elections.
