Permanent opportunity – MST (Multisystemic Therapy) Referral and Advice Officer           

Birmingham Children’s Trust Multisystemic Therapy Service is looking to recruit an organised and positive person to support their business support processes. This job will suit someone who can use their initiative, be flexible in their approach and have good customer care skills.

MST is an evidence and family-based intervention that works closely with families of children aged 11-17. For more information about MST please go to www.mstuk.org.

 

Being an integral part of our service, it is important that:

You are aware of Data Protection

You are able to build positive working relationships with colleagues, families and professionals

You are resilient to sensitive information

You have good communication skills

 

As a member of the team, you will undertake a range of duties that will include:

Record keeping and data input

Contacting families, professionals by telephone, text, email or letter

Dealing with incoming emails and telephone calls

General admin duties

It is essential that you have good IT skills and that you are familiar with a variety of computer packages in particular Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook and that you have Business and Administration NVQ2 or able to demonstrate equivalent skills.
