What are we looking for in our Interim Deputy Head?

We are looking to appoint an outstanding leader as soon as possible to support the Acting Head with our drive to become a leading special education provider.  Ideally with SEND experience. So can you hit the ground running? If you have the drive, dedication and commitment we would like to hear from you.

There will be some teaching commitments but under the direction of the Acting Headteacher your main purpose will be:

  • Formulating the aims and objectives of the school
  • Establishing policies for achieving these aims and objectives
  • Managing staff and resources to that end
  • Monitoring progress towards the achievement of the school’s aims and objectives
  • Promote a positive culture of inclusion
