Making A Difference as a Systems & Analytics Officer

Our Systems & Analytics team have a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of all People Management systems, processes, data and analytics.
The Systems and Analytics Officer will play a key role in supporting and embedding good practice of system use for all employees and managers across the Council and will support the team in collating and obtaining data to respond to Directorate and Departmental data requests. The individual will ensure effective administration and maintenance of all People Management Systems. Ensuring a timely and accurate service is always delivered.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure using their own initiative and ability to work within a team.
The successful candidate will have experience of using general IT systems and Microsoft applications. Training will be provided where required.
