This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced resident engagement specialist to join Croydon’s housing department. About you:

You will be an experienced manager, with a demonstrable commitment to placing residents’ voices at the heart of service delivery and service improvement. You will also have significant previous experience of developing and managing extensive and statutory consultation with tenants and leaseholders for regeneration and redevelopment housing projects.

Your approach to working with residents will mirror the principles of our formally adopted Residents’ Charter, which sets out our commitment about the level of service they should expect from us as their landlord. These principles include treating our residents with respect and giving residents a voice and encourage meaningful decision-making activities.

For an informal discussion about the role, please contact Katherine Monk – resident involvement manager at katherine.monk@croydon.gov.uk.

This post is offered on a full-time basis of 36 hours per week.
