Adoption and Fostering Marketing & Recruitment Officer
Lincolnshire County Council Fostering Service is looking for a creative and proactive marketing professional to join our recruitment team. We would love to hear from candidates who can drive a wide range of activities through initiative campaigns to attract new foster carers and help us retain and enrich our current fostering community.

About the role:
We’re looking for a creative and proactive marketing professional to join our recruitment team to help us deliver exciting and engaging activity which raises the profile of The Lincolnshire Fostering Service and strengthens foster carer retention. We would love to hear from candidates who can drive a wide range of activities to various audiences through initiative campaigns, utilising the full marketing mix to achieve our organisational goals.
This role will be key in supporting our aims to develop new initiative marketing and advertising strategies to recruit and retain more foster carers.
Working closely with our digital engagement team, you’ll get the opportunity to work across a broad range of campaigns and make best use of available channels. This role will also include some joint working with family adoption links, providing a perspective to help steer locally.
About the team:
The immediate recruitment team is team of 9 consisting of the Marketing Officer, Marketing assistant, 2 coordinators, 2 child and family officers, 2 lead Social Workers and a Practice supervisor although this team is apart of a wider fostering team of around 40 people. The Marketing Officer works across the team and the organisation.
This role will require excellent presentation skills and communications skills, both verbal and written, as well offline and digital marketing skills and be able to demonstrate positive engagement with local businesses and community groups.
