As we work to shape and develop our service, could you be a key part of our plans, helping people live happy, healthy lives? We’re looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join us on this exciting journey.

What will you need to do this:

If you are great at - 

·       Supporting a team

·       Making complex decisions

·       Carrying out reflective supervision

·       Working alongside other practitioners

·       Change management

·       Working at an advanced social work level or in an advanced practitioner role.

·       Making sure key decisions are made promptly

·       Leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of working with adults and adult social care

·       Managing attendance, recruitment/coaching.

·       Multi- Disciplinary working

As part of this role, you may chair safeguarding meetings, best interest meetings and support applications to the Court of Protection.  This will mean working with adult safeguarding procedures and the Making Safeguarding Personal agenda.

You will be part of supporting the service’s operational side, making sure that performance information is shared with managers in the council.
