Birch Hill School is committed to providing an inclusive community for all learners and have a Special Resource Provision (SRP) class in order to fully support children across both Key Stage 1 & 2 with a diagnosis of Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).

This is a Teaching Assistant role, working 8.30am – 3.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break, where you will be working within both our SRP class and also supporting individuals and small groups to access their mainstream provision. We are really proud of our children and are certain that you would be too.

You will at times be working in the main school supporting children in class, in small groups and working 1:1 with children.

  • Someone with a patient and caring disposition.
