Our Transformation and Business Change team have a number of new roles which offer the opportunity to be part of our change journey, these opportunities don't come along very often and will offer challenge and stretch to the right individuals.

What does a Senior Transformation Business/Data Analyst do at Hillingdon?

We are looking to recruit two full time experienced Senior Transformation Business/Data Analysts to support the work of key transformation and change projects within the Council's Transformation Programme. You will be responsible for promoting continuous performance improvement across the Council by working with services as determined by performance information and project demand to streamline systems and processes in support of the Council's Transformation Programme.

Key elements of the role are:

This is a pivotal role and will involve participating in high profile Council transformation projects by supporting analytical and statistical work and preparing reports and presentations for audiences at all levels. You will be bringing your expertise and experience of lean and systems thinking to transformation and business change projects across the council.

You will have sound experience of conducting thorough data business analysis, including challenging perceptions and embedded thinking, to ensure that data requirements move the business forward and achieve outcomes. Key will be your ability to view processes from both an external and internal perspective, making it easy for our residents, businesses and visitors to do business with us.

About you

You will have excellent commercial skills and be politically astute.

Candidates should be experienced business analysts, ideally trained in lean or similar approaches. You may have a local authority background or will have worked in an organisation with a strong focus on customer engagement.
