The Post
 
The post holder will have the ability in dealing with a range of arrears management cases, including complex cases which may be subject to legal challenges. The post holder will have comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, including Landlord and Tenant law and Housing policy and procedures, to provide innovative advice and solutions when dealing with complex and difficult cases.
 
The Person
 
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person to join our BHM team, which works closely with all stakeholders and the residents. The person will be flexible and customer orientated, working on maximising income for the council and helping residents to sustain their tenancies.
